If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from Gem2Rail, please follow the instructions below.
How to request account deletion:
1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Delete Gem2Rail Account.
2. In the email, please provide the following information:
- The Google account you used to log in
- Your in-game profile name (if applicable)
A short confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data
What will be deleted:
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Gameplay progress (coins, scores, unlocked levels)
- Any data linked to your account (UID, save data, cloud sync)
Retention & Processing Time:
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 30 days. After deletion, your data cannot be recovered.
If you submitted a request by mistake, you may cancel it by replying to the same email within 7 days.
