If you would like to delete part or all of your data from Gem2Rail without deleting your account, you can submit a request.
How to request data deletion:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Delete Gem2Rail Data.
- In the email, please specify:
- The Google account you used to log in
- Which data you want deleted (for example: game progress, coins, scores, or all gameplay data)
What can be deleted:
- Game progress (levels, scores, coins)
- Saved preferences and settings
- Cloud-synced data associated with your account
Retention & Processing Time:
Your request will be processed within 30 days. Some anonymized diagnostic or crash data (if collected) may be retained for security and product improvement, but no personal data will remain.
